Established in 2008, we are regularly appointed by Building Owners who wish to carry out building, renovation and/or excavation works; and Adjoining Owners who have received notice of proposed building works by a Building Owner.
We are based in Wimbledon and accept projects in the whole of Greater London within the M25 and do take on projects beyond the M25 from time to time.
As one of the specialist party wall firms we feel we have a responsibility to all of our past, present and future *clients.
Part of that responsibility is to encourage our *clients to educate themselves about the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. By doing this we engage our *clients in more meaningful discussions which allows a more fruitful relationship to develop with a much better understanding of the party wall process.
We have two .pdf documents available for you to download. The first is the Act itself and the second is the Government’s explanatory guide written in layman’s terms. The explanatory guide is a good starting point for a basic understanding of the Act.
